Warren Byrd has appeared as a sideman with Archie Shepp, Charles McPherson, Eddie Henderson, trombonist Steve Davis, Mixashawn (a.k.a. Lee Rozie) and many others. Most recently, besides his trio, he has been touring with The Afro-Semitic Experience, a group he co-founded with David Chevan; with Saskia Laroo, touring around the world, and also with Funk De Nite, one of Poland's finest Fusion ensembles. He recently appeared as guest at Jan Steen Hall at the Bird Session and with the Charlie Parker Legacy Band at The North Sea Jazz Festival 2005 in The Hague, The Netherlands.
